To become a volunteer with our organization, individuals must possess strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. Volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per month and attend an initial training session to familiarize themselves with our procedures and values. Background checks are required to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. Volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct, which emphasizes professionalism, respect, and adherence to safety protocols.
