About the Seminar
The World Human Rights Day observed globally on 10 December 2025 was commemorated by
the Human Rights Association, Bihar (Patna) in collaboration with the Department of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of Bihar at Aranya Bhavan, Patna.
The event was marked by an International Seminar on the theme:
“Everyday Essentials of Human Rights and Issues of Environmental Crises”

Major Addresses
Shri P. K. Gupta, IFS delivered an important address highlighting
climate change challenges, biodiversity imbalance, forest governance,
and environmental policy frameworks in the national and global context.
Shri A. M. Prasad, IRS (Retd.), President of Human Rights Association,
presented a critical analysis of terrorism as a serious violation of human rights
and a threat to peace and democracy.
Release of Souvenir
“The Human Rights Association Souvenir 2025” was released during the seminar.
